Headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA MNS Engineers, Inc. (MNS) provides comprehensive infrastructure services, including engineering, surveying, and construction management to the Transportation, Water and Government Services markets in California. We are currently searching for a seasoned Marketing Coordinator with experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry including a strong emphasis in writing highly detail oriented proposals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists and coordinates in preparation of proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) to public sector clients
• Prepares awards submissions and produces marketing collateral
• Coordinates and assembles all materials for distribution (including brochures, proposals, etc.) to potential clients and project team members
• Produces RFP/Q materials that are of exceptional quality
• Proactively maintains Deltek Vision CRM database, and other marketing information systems
• Prepares proposal materials including editing, verifying and formatting information written by technical staff
• Creates and coordinates production of "logo items" such as hats, shirts, coffee mugs, etc.
• Coordinates and shoots photos for employees and projects; categorizes and maintains image library
• Creates, updates team member resumes and project experience; manages database of existing and potential client contacts
• Develops Website, Intranet, mail, email, social media campaigns/updates
• Tracks use and applications of logo and branding for consistency
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION, LICENSURE, OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

• BA or BS degree or commensurate years of experience in role with industry.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Five (5) years of relevant experience working in a marketing coordinator role in the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photo Shop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience with Deltek Vision or similar CRM software.
• Photography skills and familiar with using a Digital SLR Camera.
